Buyer Information Form

Please include the buyer’s name(s) as you want it to appear on legal documents, including applicable middle initial. Please include your full middle name only if you plan to sign as such, or go by your full name. Please note: If you are obtaining a loan, this needs to match exactly with how your name(s) appear on the loan application.

Any funds required for closing need to be in the form of a certified bank check made payable to "Tallman Law CTA" or wire transfer. If transferring by wire, please wire at least 48 hours before closing.
